Our Sailing Programs feature popular one-design fleets including Optimist Prams, Hobie Waves, and the IC-24s, as well as professional instructors certified by U.S. Sailing to teach sailors of all levels and all ages. The Windsurfing Program is headed up by Paul Stoeken, Island Sol's founder and competitor in the sport at both the Atlanta and Sydney Olympic Games.Our Kiteboarding Program gets you riding quickly with safety boat support and P.A.S.A. certified instructors. One Love Sailing 3-Hour Tour!

Enjoy a fun sail through the Marine Sanctuary and St. John’s National Park to one of our favorite snorkel or beachcombing spots on One Love. This is a private trip for you and up to 5 of your family and/or friends so you set the pace and the destination. As a US Sailing certified keelboat instructor Captain Brandy will make you feel comfortable should you decide to join the fun and take the helm or trim a sail. A cooler stocked with beer, soda, water and One Love’s signature rum cocktail will keep you refreshed and you’re welcome to bring other goodies as well.
